We deliver Living Threads orders to serviceable PIN codes across India. The options available for your address are shown at checkout.
Please allow an estimated 2–5 business days for order processing and preparation before dispatch. Some items are prepared after you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Please plan for approximately 5–12 business days in total from order confirmation. Remote locations, the North East, peak periods, weather, and courier disruptions may take longer. These are estimates; any specific delivery information provided at checkout or in your order updates should also be considered.
Once your order is dispatched, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or order status page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first courier scan. See Track Your Order for help.
Please check your full address, PIN code, and phone number before ordering. Email us promptly to request a correction; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch. Keep your phone available for courier delivery attempts. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or missed delivery, contact us to arrange the next step; any proposed reshipping charge will be explained before you agree.
If tracking stops updating, delivery is overdue, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and explain the available resolution. If an order cannot be fulfilled or is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Contact us as soon as possible. We can accept cancellations or changes only before preparation or production has begun. If we accept a prepaid cancellation before fulfilment, we will refund the amount paid. Please do not refuse delivery as a substitute for requesting a cancellation.
Our standard delivery information applies to India. For delivery outside India, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and charges.

We want your Living Threads order to feel right. You can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
For a size, fit, or change-of-mind return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition, with any original tags and packaging. Trying on an item indoors to check the fit is fine. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Items made with your own personalised text or artwork, and items clearly identified as final sale before purchase, are excluded from change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude remedies for a defect, damage, an incorrect item, or goods that do not match their description.
Exchanges depend on availability. Once the return is received and checked, we will confirm the replacement. If your requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose an available alternative with any price difference explained, or an eligible refund. Please use the Size & Fit Guide before ordering.
After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will email the outcome. We aim to initiate an approved refund within 5–7 business days. Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method; your payment provider may need a further 2–7 business days to post the amount.
For COD refunds, we will agree a bank transfer or UPI refund with you through our support email. We will never ask for a PIN, OTP, card password, or a payment to release your refund. Store credit is offered only if you choose it.
Please report delivery damage or an incorrect item as soon as you notice it so we can help promptly. Ordinary wear, damage caused after delivery, and damage from care contrary to the garment label are not manufacturing defects. If you discover a genuine defect after the 7-day request window, contact us so we can assess the issue and any applicable rights.
For cancellations or delivery problems, see Shipping & Delivery. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable Indian consumer law, including rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.
A better fit starts with a familiar garment. Use this guide alongside the measurements and fit notes for the exact product you want to buy.
A classic tee, raglan tee, oversized silhouette, and hoodie can fit differently even when they carry the same size label. Review the selected product’s size chart, fabric information, and fit description. Do not assume that an S, M, or L has the same measurements across every style.
Check whether the chart gives body measurements or finished garment measurements, and whether it uses centimetres or inches. Compare like for like. One inch equals 2.54 centimetres. Leave enough room for your preferred movement, fit, and layering.
Do not guess from the size label alone. Email livingthreadsofficial@gmail.com with the product link, your preferred fit, and your reference garment’s chest width and length. Ask before ordering if a product-specific chart is not available.
Small manufacturing variations can occur; refer to any tolerance stated for the product. Keep the item unworn and unwashed while checking the fit, and read Returns & Exchanges before removing tags or wearing it out.
Follow your Living Threads order from confirmation to delivery.
Find the confirmation email sent after checkout and open its order status link. If you created a customer account, you can also sign in to view your orders.
After dispatch, check the shipping confirmation for your courier tracking link or tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to display the first courier scan. An order confirmation means we have received the order; it does not by itself mean the parcel has been dispatched.
Open the tracking link to see the latest available scans and delivery estimate. Keep the phone number used at checkout available so the courier can contact you if needed.
Check spam, junk, and promotions folders, and confirm which email address you used at checkout. If you still cannot find the order, email livingthreadsofficial@gmail.com with your order number, or your name and checkout email if the number is unavailable.
Allow time for the first scan. If there is still no update after 48 hours from dispatch, or delivery is beyond the expected window, contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will check with the courier and help with the next step. Review Shipping & Delivery for current estimates.
Check with household members, reception, or building security, then contact us promptly if the parcel is still missing. We will investigate the delivery record with the courier.
For returns or an incorrect item, visit Returns & Exchanges. We will never ask you to pay an unexpected fee or share an OTP to locate an order.
Keep your everyday favourites looking their best. Always follow the care label supplied with your garment; it takes priority over this general guide.
Use cold water, a gentle cycle, and a mild detergent where permitted by the label. Avoid bleach, harsh stain removers, and scrubbing directly over a print. Do not leave clothing soaking for long periods or wring it aggressively.
Air dry in the shade with the garment reshaped. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade colours. Use a drying method that supports heavier pieces without stretching them. Avoid high-heat tumble drying; use a dryer only if the care label permits it.
If ironing is permitted, use a low setting on the reverse side and avoid direct contact with printed artwork or embellishments. Do not iron over a print. Store garments clean and fully dry; fold heavier knits and hoodies if hanging could stretch them.
Repeated high heat, bleach, rough washing, and direct ironing can damage prints. Some gradual fading and softening with regular wear is normal. A little care helps preserve both the fabric and the design.
If you notice an issue on arrival, photograph it and contact livingthreadsofficial@gmail.com before washing the item. For help with a possible defect, see Returns & Exchanges.
People. Culture. Better fits.
Living Threads is an Indian streetwear brand built around culture, creativity, and community. We believe the clothes you reach for every day can say something about who you are: the stories you follow, the worlds you belong to, and the way you move through life.
Our collections bring different interests into one everyday wardrobe. Explore the energy of motor culture in the Velocity Series, the expressive world of anime-inspired graphics in the Shonen Series, and the brand’s own point of view through LT ORG’S.
From graphic tees to hoodies, the idea is simple: pieces with character that you can make your own. Style them your way, mix them with what you already love, and let your everyday rotation reflect you.
Based in India, we take inspiration from the cultures and communities that connect people across places. “A brighter tomorrow” is the spirit behind Living Threads: room for different minds, different interests, and a shared sense of belonging.
Check each product’s fabric, fit, and measurements before choosing. Our Size & Fit Guide and Garment Care pages help you find your fit and look after it. If you have a question, get in touch—we’re happy to help.
Wear. Create. Belong.
